A Document Signer Certificate is a type of digital certificate issued to an organization that allows it to digitally sign documents (such as PDFs, invoices, agreements, etc.) automatically using a secure server-based system or application. It ensures authenticity, integrity, and non-repudiation of the documents, making them legally acceptable under the Information Technology Act, 2000 in India and similar regulations worldwide.

 

Unlike personal or individual digital signatures, a Document Signer Certificate is used in automation or server-based applications to bulk sign documents without human intervention.

How to Obtain Documents Signer

  • Fill the Form: Fill in your basic details like Name, Email ID, Mobile No, DSC type and preferred validity

  • Submit KYC Documents: Our team will contact for necessary identification documents like PAN card and Aadhaar for verification and other Legal documents for Organization DSC .​

  • Verification Process: Undergo identity verification, which may include mobile OTP and video verification as per CCA guidelines.​

  • Receive DSC: Upon successful verification, the DSC will be issued and, if applicable, the USB token will be shipped to your address.​

Required Documents

Generally, the following documents are needed (requirements may vary slightly by CA):

  • Application Form – Duly filled and signed.

  • Authorization Letter – From the organization authorizing the individual to apply on its behalf.

  • Certificate of Incorporation – Or any proof of business registration.

  • PAN Card of the Organization

  • Identity Proof of Authorized Signatory – Aadhaar, PAN, Passport, etc.

  • Address Proof of Organization – Utility bill, lease agreement, etc.

  • Board Resolution (if applicable) – Approving the use of Document Signer Certificate.
