1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.
By using this website, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

2. Services Offered

We provide Digital Signature Certificates (DSC) for individuals, organizations, and businesses for use in online transactions, eTendering, GST filing, MCA ROC, Income Tax, etc.
All DSCs are issued by licensed Certifying Authorities as per the guidelines of the Controller of Certifying Authorities (CCA), Government of India.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate, current, and complete information during registration and DSC application.
Misuse or fraudulent use of the DSC is strictly prohibited.
You are responsible for safeguarding your DSC, USB token (if applicable), and login credentials.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices listed on our website are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
Payment once made for DSC is non-refundable, except in cases of rejection by the Certifying Authority.

5. Delivery

Upon successful verification and approval, the DSC will be delivered via email or through a USB token (as applicable) within the specified time.
Delivery timelines may vary based on the completion of required verification procedures.

6. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Refunds are only processed in cases where the DSC issuance is denied by the Certifying Authority.
No refunds shall be made for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete documentation submitted by the user.

7. Privacy Policy

Your personal information is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By agreeing to these Terms, you also consent to our Privacy Policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.
Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the DSC.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, text, graphics, and trademarks, is the property of Digisign India or its partners and is protected by intellectual property laws.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Karnataka.
